Generators Installed at our Mid-Michigan Data Center

Blog Posts

We recently installed generators at our Mid-Michigan data center located in Flint, Michigan to ensure high availability for our clients. We’ve already invested $1 million into updating the site and received an EPA ENERGY STAR certification for energy efficiency efforts in 2012. This January, we announced we were planning to spend another $1 million, and hire 7-8 technical staff over the next 12-18 months.

Our Mid-Michigan data center was originally built by EDS as General Motor’s disaster recovery data center. The 32,500 square feet facility includes 22,500 square feet of raised 24” floor space and 10,000 square feet of furnished, power-protected workplace recovery space. We also recently expanded our headquarters location – For a list of open positions, visit our Career section.
