We’re still hiring up a storm in the Midwest, as the managed data center and cloud computing markets are growing dramatically. We are embarking on a mission to expand the footprint from three premium data centers in the Michigan market to markets throughout the Midwest.

Our products are designed to help clients manage their growing IT demand and are available in a full range of solutions from colocation to multi-tenant cloud to private cloud computing in an independently audited SSAE 16, SOC 2, HIPAA, & PCI compliant environment.

Director of Infrastructure
Job Overview: The Director of Infrastructure position offers the unique opportunity to work with world-class multi-site cloud and data center infrastructure in a rapidly growing, highly entrepreneurial company.  This is a job for someone who is comfortable with significant responsibility for uptime in a high accountability environment.  You will manage and build-out a big company infrastructure, while in a growth company culture.

What We’re Looking For: The ideal candidate has these three areas of expertise: extensive knowledge of the full stack from the data center to the Cloud OS as listed below; recruiting and building a team of technical staff from help desk to senior engineers, all working in different geographies; and working in a high-growth company that grew from 10s of employees to 100s.

Account Executives (Columbus, Ohio and Indianapolis, Indiana)
Job Overview: Grow the customer base for one of the fastest growing, most highly regarded high tech companies in the Midwest. As an Account Executive, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and expanding existing customer relationships. This position reports directly to the Director of Business Development, and it comes with a competitive total compensation package that includes both a base salary component and an uncapped commission component.

What We’re Looking For:  A highly energetic “A player” sales person with excellent people and sales skills who isn’t afraid of hard work. Our ideal Account Executive will fully engage by contributing great ideas and maintaining the highest standards of accountability and client focus to help us build one of the great Midwest success stories. This is a quota bearing, full time exempt (salaried) position based in and working across the Columbus and Indianapolis markets, reporting to the Director of Business Development.

Senior Sales Engineers (Columbus, Ohio and Indianapolis, Indiana)
Job Overview: The Senior Sales Engineer role is primarily responsible for supporting our Account Executives by developing technical solutions to meet our customers’ requirements and working with our operations team to kick off the order deployment process. The job focuses on new and existing customers in the Columbus and Indianapolis markets, and it has the opportunity to expand into a broader set of sales responsibilities, including managing the commercial aspects of our customer relationships and prospect development.

What We’re Looking For: A highly energetic “A” player with excellent technical and people skills. Our ideal Senior Sales Engineer will fully engage by contributing great ideas and maintaining the highest standards of accountability and client focus within a sales team to help us build a leader in the cloud hosting business and one of the great Midwest success stories. This is a full-time, exempt (salaried) position based in and working across the Columbus, Indianapolis, and Dayton markets, reporting to our Director of Business Development.
