Most people think Microsoft 365 takes care of everything. After all, it’s the cloud: You sign in, your emails are there, your files are safe, right? Well, not exactly. Microsoft protects the platform itself, but your company’s data is still your responsibility. That gap catches a lot of IT teams by surprise.
