The recent changes to the Broadcom VMware Partner Program have created a shift in the partner landscape, and if you’re a current VMware Cloud Service Provider (VCSP) not continuing into the new Broadcom Partner Program, you’re likely asking the same question many are: What now? While October 31, 2025, is the official end of the current program, partners have a narrow window to protect customer relationships, avoid service disruptions, and establish a sustainable plan moving forward. Here are three immediate actions you should take to navigate this transition with confidence. 1. Audit your commit contracts and customer obligations Before anything else, you need clarity. Go through your existing VCSP agreements and identify: According to Broadcom, departing partners can continue servicing existing customers through the end of their current commitment contract term. However, no new customer contracts, renewals, or net-new opportunities can be transacted after October 31, 2025.
