As a Cloud Support Engineer at Otava, your primary role is to act as a resource to support company technical initiatives as well as a mentor to junior staff. Otava, being a global cloud company, has a diverse product offering and leverages technologies from dozens of vendors. You must be able to understand and manage these technologies to be a successful candidate.
Duties include managing client tickets through to their successful resolution, monitoring network events, performing daily walk-through processes, and working on other client projects as needed.
